Case Management Services (CMS) Liaison Program:

  • Program description: The Case Management Services (CMS) Liaison program is an initiative designed to enhance the campus support network for our students. Through the CMS Liaison program, staff are invited to meetings where they learn about; how to identify students in crisis, the wide range of available campus resources and strategies to support students in crisis. The Liaisons are in a position to bring the information back to their departments. The program has been well received as evidenced by its growth over the past four years. It has grown from 10 Liaisons during its pilot year to 55 Liaisons in the current academic year 2024- 2025. Currently, 34 UCLA departments are represented.
  • Participants: staff members such as; Directors, Assistant Directors, Program Coordinators, Student Services Advisors (SSA) and Departmental Counselors.
  • To join: please complete the online form below
  • Time commitment: one, 1 ½ hour meeting per quarter (fall, winter and spring)
