ECRT provides emergency short-term loans and financial crisis support for enrolled university students facing urgent basic needs or housing instability
Eligibility Criteria
To determine eligibility, students need to have completed ECRT Self–Assessment Intake form and meet the following criteria:
- Be enrolled or registered in the prior term.
- Demonstrate urgent need and gap in financial/basic needs.
- Must have no outstanding short-term loan and paid student services fees.
- Must have maximized other support resources.
